LaRome White
Player Bio
LaRome White is a powerful prop who returns to the Seattle Seawolves with experience, toughness, and championship pedigree. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, he began his rugby journey in 2010 and developed at the University of Louisville before transitioning from center to the front row.
White was part of the Seawolves’ inaugural 2018 championship team, contributing to the forward pack that secured the club’s first MLR Shield. After that season, he continued his professional career across Major League Rugby, building experience and establishing himself as a reliable front-row presence.
His development also includes time with the Sharks Academy in South Africa, where he refined his technical skills and physical approach to the position. Known for his durability and work rate, White brings consistency in the scrum and around the pitch.
He returns to Seattle for the 2026 season with a deeper understanding of the league and a strong connection to the club’s culture, adding leadership and depth to the Seawolves front row.
